Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure data synchronization and consistency between CRM and ERP platforms.
  • Analyze existing CRM and ERP processes to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvement.
  • Implement best practices to streamline workflows and enhance data accuracy.
  • Provide training to staff on CRM and ERP systems usage and best practices.
  • Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving CRM and ERP-related issues.
  • Oversee data quality and integrity within the CRM and ERP systems.
  • Implement data governance policies and ensure compliance.
  • Develop and generate reports to provide insights into customer behaviors, sales trends, and operational performance.
  • Utilize analytics to drive data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience through effective use of CRM data.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to personalize customer interactions.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data within the CRM system.
