Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
- Oversee the deployment and customization of CRM systems to meet specific real estate business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM processes seamlessly with ERP systems.
- Ensure data synchronization and consistency between CRM and ERP platforms.
- Analyze existing CRM and ERP processes to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvement.
- Implement best practices to streamline workflows and enhance data accuracy.
- Provide training to staff on CRM and ERP systems usage and best practices.
- Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving CRM and ERP-related issues.
- Oversee data quality and integrity within the CRM and ERP systems.
- Implement data governance policies and ensure compliance.
- Develop and generate reports to provide insights into customer behaviors, sales trends, and operational performance.
- Utilize analytics to drive data-driven decision-making processes.
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience through effective use of CRM data.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to personalize customer interactions.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data within the CRM system.
- Implement data quality control measures to maintain data integrity.
