Requirements and skills:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate integrated marketing strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Conceptualize and execute Above-The-Line (ATL) advertising campaigns, including TV, radio, and print media.
- Plan and execute Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities, such as events, sponsorships, and experiential
- marketing.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets for ATL and BTL activities.
- Optimize spending to maximize ROI.
- Manage execution of branding activity plan and strategy; strategizing and executing 360° campaigns
- Experience in collaborating with external vendors and agencies, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Write briefs for creative development (online and offline), coordinate with the creative agencies, and get the creative
- Coordinating with the media agency to arrive at the right budgets and media vehicles for the brand.
- Strategizing & executing events, exhibitions, and sponsored collaborations to get maximum brand leverage.
- Conduct research to identify market trends and target customers’ preferences and key issues affecting the business/
- brand.
- Study the competition and identify opportunities for growth.
- Find relevant opportunities to create noise using PR.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external teams, fostering a cohesive and
- productive environment.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and communication across various touchpoints.
- Manage end-to-end execution of brand activities, coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless implementation of brand strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing with a focus on both ATL and BTL strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and ability to contribute innovative ideas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
